CASC on your Campus
Whether you follow the Civic Engagement or Community Service track, your CASC Club will be supported with leadership training, organizing tools, and other resources to implement projects throughout the school year.
Your fellow club leaders can help you brainstorm, develop, and run successful voter registration drives, meaningful community service projects, or student surveys to help guide your club’s future.
You’ll also have the opportunity to partner with the State Seal of Civic Engagement, New Voters, California Department of Education initiatives, and other organizations to maximize your club’s impact.
Once you’re up and running, you and your members can join the CASC Membership Platform to get fast support from other Club leaders across the state. You can also stay in touch with your region’s outreach director for assistance.

FAQ
Any student interested!
Yes! A CASC club, like any other school club, requires a faculty advisor.
Totally depends on each individual club! Preferably biweekly.
Starting a CASC club is free!
Although many aspects of CASC clubs may be similar to leadership programs, like ASB, many of the activities they do are completely different. CASC clubs are much more focused on making real community change and getting students more involved through civic engagement and community service.
Clubs receive access to ready-to-use CASC resources, statewide campaigns, leadership opportunities, and ongoing support from Regional Clubs Directors and the State Council. We’ll connect you with a network of motivated peer leaders across the state to help support you and maximize your club’s impact as you work to develop student leadership in your community.
