Welcome to Region 7!
We are dedicated to promoting student advocacy and leadership skills that are necessary for students to create change in their local communities. Serving Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties; Region 7 empowers students to speak on topics they are passionate about, learn in-depth about issues facing California schools, and how to take actions against these problems.
CASC is a unique opportunity to work alongside hardworking individuals and form long lasting friendships, so we hope you’ll join us!

Region membership is determined geographically, based on the county your school belongs to.
Region Clubs
In the 2026-27 school year, Region 7 will host CASC Inspire clubs at the following high schools:
- Royal High School (Simi Valley)
- Santa Susana High School (Simi Valley)
- Simi Valley High School (Simi Valley)
