Meet your Region President!
Welcome to Region 3!
Have you ever wanted to make a change in your community? Welcome to CASC Region 3 where we serve Mendocino, Lake, Marin, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties. In Region 3, we host multiple conferences per year focusing on developing leadership and advocacy skills in students across our region.
At these conferences you can meet local legislators, and really empower your young voice! Aside from attending conferences, you can become involved on a deeper level and play a more pivotal role in bettering our counties by joining the Region 3 Cabinet. Furthermore, as our region is fairly close to Sacramento, our Region Cabinet has the opportunity to go to the capitol whenever we are advocating for certain bills!

Region membership is determined geographically, based on the county your school belongs to.
Region Clubs
In the 2026-27 school year, Region 3 will host CASC Inspire clubs at the following high schools:
- Dixon High School (Dixon)
- High School (Santa Rosa)
