Meet your Region President!
Welcome to Region 12! Encompassing much of Imperial and San Diego Counties county, CASC Region 12 provides the students of this large and diverse area with the skills they need to make a change in their communities. At our conferences, you can acquire the necessary tools to lead or propose ideas to local legislators or other prominent and influential figures.

Region membership is determined geographically, based on the county your school belongs to.
Region Clubs
In the 2026-27 school year, Region 12 will host CASC Inspire clubs at the following high schools:
- Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego)
- Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach)
- Scripps Ranch High School (San Diego)
