Welcome to Region 1!
Serving 10 counties in Northern California, we work towards fostering leadership skills in students, as well as increasing student advocacy. Our local conferences offer the valuable opportunity to have your voice heard and to better your community.

Region membership is determined geographically, based on the county your school belongs to.
Region Clubs
In the 2026-27 school year, Region 1 will host CASC Inspire clubs at the following high schools:
- Enterprise High School (Redding)
- University Preparatory School (Redding)
- Dixon High School (Dixon)
