CASC Summer Camp
Come one, come all! CASC Camp is a fun, life-changing experience for all high-school aged students who want to lead in their schools, communities, and beyond.
Our largest event of the year, Camp is held over four days in Santa Barbara and is open to new and returning CASC members.
2026
Take home the leadership skills and inspiration necessary to transform your student organization and start solving the problems you see in your community.
Every summer, new and veteran CASC members gather for four days of general sessions, workshops, small-group work, and community-building.
You’ll choose from multiple student-designed curriculum tracks and discover how to lead with purpose, build projects that matter, and create lasting impact in your communities.
No matter where you’re starting from, go home a leader, inspired to use what you learned to make a difference!
Fun, Engaging, and Peer-Led!
Designed by students, for students, Camp offers a safe space to step out of your comfort zone, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate powerful leadership values.
Every student joins in on small-group activities and hands-on learning as well as large group sessions and workshops that invite you to think deeply, get inspired, and believe in yourself.
Learn practical skills: how to lead meetings, make smart decisions, communicate with confidence, and build a project that can create real change.
While content varies by year, our core programming often includes sessions such as:
- Presentation Skills 101
- Amplify Your Vision
- Project Planning
- Building Consensus
- Examining Root Problems
- Your Next Move
Student-designed curriculum tracks let you dive in to topics that interest you most.
I came to CASC Summer Leadership Camp hoping to learn more about being a leader, but I left with so much more… I am a better person thanks to CASC and I think every high school student should have the opportunity to experience this amazing camp.
A perfect balance between engaging team-building activities and meaningful discussions that pushed me to think more deeply… I walked away with a stronger sense of self, clearer goals, the confidence to take initiative in my own community, and countless meaningful memories.

Thank you for your participation in Summer Camp 2026!
This year, we welcomed our largest cohort of Campers yet: nearly 300 delegates! We offered 3 leadership tracks for high school students:
- Leadership 101 for new CASC members interested in developing foundational skills for leading in any kind of team or project
- Serve with Purpose in Your Community for those expecting to serve as a leader in a CASC Club or community service project during the next school year
- Leadership, Tech, & Ethics for those interested in exploring the practical and ethical challenges of entrepreneurial leadership in tech and innovation spaces
We also welcomed a number of adult participants, including student advisors, and partnered with UCLA to produce a specialized intensive track for a small selection of undergraduates.
Unique programming this year included a keynote address from Robert Pruitt, seminars such as “Building Effective Community Partnerships” and “How Anyone Can Get a Job in Tech,” a series of prototyping counsel sessions, and a field trip to Apeel Sciences.
