Tess Byars
Tess Byars is the Health Policy Advisor for U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA). She began working for Senator Warren as a policy advisory for the Senator's 2018 reelection campaign and continued in this role while at Warren for President and Warren Democrats. Previously, Tess worked in philanthropy as a Program Associate for Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, where she led grant-making strategy on children's health. Tess received her BA in Political Science from Yale University and her Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
She served as the CASC State President.
