Region 2 President
Patrick Tse is a sophomore at Sacramento Country Day School in Sacramento, California with a strong interest in leadership, civic engagement, and data. He is excited to contribute to CASC and Region 2‘s success. Patrick loves volunteering at his local kitten adoption center, solo-traveling to new places, and taking photos for the memories. He is excited to work with his cabinet and connect with his community to show the power of youth leadership.
