Julia Schams is a senior at River City High School in West Sacramento. Outside of CASC, she is an active participant in her school's ASB, previously serving a term as a Student Board Member for WUSD and now continuing her leadership journey as ASB President. Julia is committed to advocating for student voices and uplifting those underrepresented within the public school's system. She is passionate about student rights and will be dedicating her time to informing other students around California on how they can use their voice to advocate for themselves/their peers and exercise their rights this year through her position as the Government Affairs on a Local Level Director.
